7.6 Prior to entering a port or whilst in a port within the territory of a Contracting Government that has set security level 2 or 3, the ship shall acknowledge receipt of this instruction and shall confirm to the port facility security officer the initiation of the implementation of the appropriate measures and procedures as detailed in the ship security plan, and in the case of security level 3, in instructions issued by the Contracting Government which has set security level 3.
7.6 Voordat het schip een haven binnenloopt of tijdens het verblijf in een haven op het grondgebied van een verdragsluitende staat die veiligheidsniveau 2 of 3 heeft ingesteld, bevestigt het schip, na bevestiging van ontvangst van deze instructie, tegenover de veiligheidsbeambte van de havenfaciliteit dat een aanvang is gemaakt met de uitvoering van de vereiste maatregelen en procedures - die nader omschreven staan in het scheepsveiligheidsplan en, in het geval van veiligheidsniveau 3, in de instructies die zijn uitgevaardigd door de verdragsluitende staat die veiligheidsniveau 3 heeft ingesteld.
