By letter dated 3 May 1994, Norway submitted to the EFTA Surveillance Authority (‘the Authority’) the appropriate justifications for granting, as far as infectious haematopoietic necrosis (IHN) and viral haemorrhagic septicaemia (VHS) are concerned, the status of approved zone to its territory, as well as the national rules ensuring compliance with the conditions to be respected for maintenance of the approved status.
Bij schrijven van 3 mei 1994 heeft Noorwegen aan de Toezichthoudende Autoriteit van de EVA („de Autoriteit”) de vereiste relevante bewijsstukken overgelegd om ten aanzien van infectieuze hematopoïetische necrose (IHN) en virale hemorragische septikemie (VHS) voor zijn grondgebied de status van erkend gebied te verwerven en ook de nationale bepalingen meegedeeld die moeten waarborgen dat aan de voorschriften voor het behoud van de erkenning wordt voldaan.
