The list of partners eligible for financial support under the thematic programme should be as broad as possible and include federal, national, provincial and local governments, their departments and agencies, municipalities, regional and international organisations and agencies, as well as non-governmental organisations or other non-State actors, research institutes, associations, social partners and public and private operators, both in the European Union and in the third countries, with the emphasis being placed on partnership between them.
De lijst van partners die voor financiële steun krachtens het thematisch programma in aanmerking komen, dient zo breed mogelijk te zijn en zowel federale, nationale, provinciale als lokale besturen, hun afdelingen en agentschappen, gemeenten, regionale en internationale organisaties en agentschappen, alsmede niet-gouvernementele organisaties en andere niet-overheidsactoren, onderzoeksinstituten, verenigingen, sociale partners en publieke en private operatoren te omvatten, zowel in de Europese Unie als in derde landen, waarbij de nadruk moet liggen op onderling partnerschap.
