Het bestaan van een commissieloon of andere provisie die door de kredietgever of derden aan de kredietbemiddelaar in verband met de kredietovereenkomst dient te worden betaald, dient aan de consument te worden medegedeeld voordat enige kredietbemiddelingsactiviteit wordt uitgeoefend, en de consument moet in dat stadium worden ingelicht over ofwel het bedrag van deze vergoedingen, indien dit bekend is, ofwel het feit dat het bedrag in een latere precontractuele fase in het ESIS zal worden bekendgemaakt, alsmede over het feit dat hij het recht heeft in dit stadium informatie te krijgen over de omvang van deze vergoedingen.
