Isotopic analysis of wine-sector products and interpretation of the results are delicate procedures and, in order to permit uniform interpretation of such analysis results, the JRC databank should be made accessible to official laboratories using that analytical method and, on request, to other official bodies in the Member States while respecting the principles of the protection of private data.
De isotopenanalyse van de wijnbouwproducten en de interpretatie daarvan zijn complexe handelingen en met het oog op een harmonisering van de interpretatie van de analyseresultaten moet worden bepaald dat de databank van het GCO toegankelijk moet zijn voor de officiële laboratoria die deze analysemethode toepassen en, op verzoek, voor andere officiële instanties van de lidstaten, met inachtneming van de beginselen van de bescherming van de persoonlijke gegevens.
