"associated facilities" means those facilities associated with an electronic communications network and/or an electronic communications service which enable and/or support the provision of services via that network and/or service or have the potential to do so, and include number or
address translation systems, conditional access systems and electronic programme guides, as well as physical infrastructure
such as entries to buildings, building wiring, towers and other supporting construction
s, ducts, conduits, ...[+++]masts, antennae, manholes and cabinets and all other network elements which are not active ;
"bijbehorende faciliteiten": de bij een elektronisch-communicatienetwerk en/of een elektronische-communicatiedienst behorende faciliteiten die het aanbieden van diensten via dat netwerk en/of dienst mogelijk maken en/of ondersteunen of het potentieel hiertoe bezitten en een aantal adresvertaalsystemen omvatten, voorwaardelijke toegangssystemen en elektronische programmagidsen, alsmede fysieke infrastructuur zoals toegang tot gebouwen, bekabeling van gebouwen, torens en andere ondersteuningsgebouwen, kabelgoten, leidingen, masten, antennes, mangaten en kasten en alle andere niet-actieve netwerkelementen.
