Calls on the Commission to ensure that the tasks of reducing health inequalities and improving access to physical and mental health services are fully addressed and integrated into its current initiatives, such as the Partnership on Healthy and Active Ageing and the EU Platform against Poverty and Social Exclusion, and into future initiatives on early childhood development and youth policies focusing on education, training and employment;
dringt er bij de Commissie op aan ervoor te zorgen dat de vermindering van gezondheidsachterstanden en de verbetering van de toegang tot fysieke en geestelijke gezondheidszorg adequaat gestalte krijgen en worden geïntegreerd in haar lopende initiatieven, zoals het Partnerschap voor gezond en actief ouder worden en het EU-Platform tegen armoede en sociale uitsluiting, alsook in toekomstige initiatieven op het gebied van vroegkinderlijke ontwikkeling en jongerenbeleid, waarbij de nadruk moet liggen op onderwijs, opleiding en werkgelegenheid;
