Commission Decision 2002/398/EC of 24 May 2002 on the national provisions notified by the Republic of Finland under Article 95(4) of the EC Treaty concerning the maximum admissible content of cadmium in fertilisers (2) granted a derogation to Directive 76/116/EEC, by approving the Finnish provisions which prohibit the placing on the Finnish market of phosphorous mineral fertilisers with a cadmium content exceeding 50 mg for each kilogram of phosphorus.
In afwijking van Richtlijn 76/116/EEG heeft de Commissie bij Beschikking 2002/398/EG van 24 mei 2002 betreffende de kennisgeving, ingevolge artikel 95, lid 4, van het EG-Verdrag, door de Republiek Finland van de nationale bepalingen inzake het maximaal toelaatbare cadmiumgehalte van meststoffen (2), de Finse bepalingen goedgekeurd die het in het verkeer brengen van minerale fosfaatmeststoffen met een cadmiumgehalte van meer dan 50 mg per kilogram fosfor in Finland verbieden.
