I believe that we cannot move a motion of confidence in the European Commission if the Commission does not guarantee that, firstly, there will be a search engine – as requested by Mrs Klaß – guaranteeing producers security, speed and confidence when searching the Regulation and, secondly, if the Commission does not guarantee that there will be legal certainty so that a door cannot be opened or left open constantly to the amendment of any CMO which is included.
Ik denk dat we de Europese Commissie niet ons vertrouwen kunnen geven als de Commissie ons niet garandeert dat er in de eerste plaats een zoekmachine komt – zoals mevrouw Klaß heeft gevraagd – die de producenten zekerheid, snelheid en vertrouwen biedt wanneer ze in de verordening zoeken, en dat er, in de tweede plaats, rechtszekerheid komt en de deur niet kan worden geopend of voortdurend openstaat voor wijzigingen van andere sectoren die in de verordening zijn opgenomen.
