The organisation is based on the tripartite model (workers, companies, governments) which has yielded good results at the European level, but now it must be extended to the ‘nerve endings’, that is to say, to the peripheral organisations.
De werking met drie partijen (werknemers, bedrijven en regeringen), die op Europees niveau goede resultaten heeft opgeleverd, moet nu evenwel worden uitgebreid naar de zogenaamde knooppunten, d.i. de periferie.
