C. whereas the impact of the crisis has aggravated the situation for evicted families, who still have to pay out their mortgage debt and the increasing interest on it; whereas the Spanish Government introduced the possibility of ‘datio in solutum’ as an exceptional measure under Law 6/2012; recalls that, according to official data for the second quarter of 2014, ‘datio in solutum’ has been approved for only 1 467 out of 11 407 applications, or 12,86 % of the total;
C. overwegende dat de impact van de crisis de situatie voor uitgezette families moeilijker heeft gemaakt, aangezien zij nog steeds hun hypotheekschuld en de stijgende rente hierop moeten afbetalen; overwegende dat de Spaanse regering bij Wet 6/2012 de mogelijkheid van "datio in solutum" als uitzonderlijke maatregel heeft ingevoerd; overwegende dat volgens de officiële gegevens voor het tweede kwartaal van 2014 "datio in solutum" is goedgekeurd voor slechts 1 467 van de 11 407 aanvragen, ofwel 12.86 % van het totaal;
