3. In the case of operating grants to bodies which pursue an aim of general European interest, the Commission shall be enti
tled to recover the percentage of the annual profit corresponding to the Community contribution to the operating budget of the bodies concerned where these bodies are also funded by public authorities which are themselves mandatorily required to recover the perce
ntage of the annual profit corresponding to their contribution, or which actually recover part of or all of the perce
ntage of the annual ...[+++]profit corresponding to their contribution.
3. In het geval van exploitatiesubsidies aan organen die een doelstelling van algemeen Europees belang nastreven, heeft de Commissie het recht tot terugvordering van het percentage van de jaarwinst dat overeenstemt met de communautaire bijdrage aan de exploitatiebegroting van de betrokken organen, wanneer die organen ook worden gefinancierd door overheidsinstanties die zelf het percentage van de jaarwinst moeten terugvorderen dat overeenkomt met hun bijdrage of die daadwerkelijk het gehele of gedeeltelijke percentage van de jaarwinst dat overeenkomt met hun bijdrage terugvorderen.
