C. overwegende dat de Turkse generale staf heeft bekendgemaakt dat het Turkse marineschip Göksu, als onderdeel van operatie Mediterranean Shield, het onderzoeksschip Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa, dat werkzaamheden verricht waarvoor door de Turks-Cypriotische autoriteiten in het bezette gebied van Cyprus een vergunning is afgegeven aan de Turkse Petroleum Maatschappij (TPAO), ‘zal beschermen en ondersteunen’; overwegende dat volgens de verklaring van de Turkse generale staf, de oorlogsbodem Zipkin het SAIPEM 10000 boorplatform, dat operationeel is in de EEZ van de Republiek Cyprus, van een afstand van 9 kilometer blijft observeren;
