(62) In order to ensure that the certific
ation of a group of operators is done effectively a
nd efficiently, the power to adopt certain acts should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the responsibilities of the individual members of a group of operators, the composition and size of that group, the categories of products to be produced by a group of operators, the conditions for participation in the group, and the set up and functioning of the group's
system for internal controls ...[+++], including the scope, content and frequency of the controls to be carried out.
(62) Met het oog op een doeltreffende en doelmatige certificering van een groep marktdeelnemers, moet de Commissie ertoe worden gemachtigd handelingen vast te stellen met betrekking tot de taken van de individuele leden van een groep marktdeelnemers, de samenstelling en omvang van die groep, de categorieën door een groep marktdeelnemers te produceren producten, de voorwaarden voor deelname aan de groep en de opzet en werking van het systeem van de groep voor interne controles, inclusief werkingssfeer, inhoud en frequentie van de uit te voeren controles.
