One of the objectives of the Programme of Community Action on health promotion, information, education and training (European Parliament and Council Decision No 645/96/EC) is the promotion of examination, assessment and exchange of experience and support for actions concerning measures to prevent alcohol abuse and the health and social consequences thereof; this Programme thus offers a basis for the follow-up and monitoring of the proposed measures;
Een van de doelstellingen van het communautair actieprogramma inzake gezondheidsbevordering, -voorlichting, -opvoeding en -opleiding (Besluit 645/96/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad) is de bevordering van onderzoek, evaluatie en uitwisseling van ervaringen, alsmede ondersteuning van acties inzake maatregelen ter voorkoming van drankmisbruik en de gevolgen daarvan voor de gezondheid en op sociaal gebied; dit programma vormt dus een basis voor de follow-up van en het toezicht op de voorgestelde maatregelen.
