Irrespective of whether the place in question or the extent of the area covered by the protection measure is described in the protection measure by one or more specific addresses or by reference to a circumscribed area which the person causing the risk may not approach or enter, respectively (or a combination of the two), the recognition of the obligation imposed by the protection measure relates to the purpose which the place serves for the protected person rather than to the specific address.
Ongeacht of de desbetreffende plaats of de afbakening van het door de beschermingsmaatregel bestreken gebied, in de beschermingsmaatregel wordt omschreven door middel van één of meer specifieke adressen of door middel van een wel omschreven gebied dat de persoon van wie de dreiging uitgaat, naargelang het geval, niet mag naderen of niet mag binnentreden (of een combinatie van beide), houdt de erkenning van de verplichting die door de beschermingsmaatregel wordt opgelegd, verband met het doel dat deze plaats voor de beschermde persoon dient, en niet met het specifieke adres.
