3. Het btw-middel en het bni-middel, met inachtneming van de gevolgen voor die middelen van de aan het Verenigd Koninkrijk toegestane correctie voor begrotingsonevenwichtigheden en de aan Denemarken, Nederland, Oostenrijk en Zweden toegestane brutovermindering, worden op de eerste werkdag van elke maand geboekt voor één twaalfde van de uit dien hoofde uit de begroting voortvloeiende bedragen, omgerekend in nationale valuta's tegen de wisselkoersen van de laatste noteringsdag van het kalenderjaar dat voorafgaat aan het begrotingsjaar, zoals bekendgemaakt in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie, serie C.
