In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that, both in normal operation and in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form arising from the AGATE liquid effluent treatment plant, located on the site of Cadarache in France, is not liable to result in radioactive contamination of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.
Concluderend is de Commissie van mening dat de uitvoering van het plan voor de lozing van radioactieve afvalstoffen van de AGATE-fabriek voor de behandeling van vloeibare effluenten, gelegen op de locatie van Cadarache in Frankrijk, zowel bij normale bedrijfsvoering als bij een ongeval van het type en de omvang als bedoeld in de algemene gegevens, niet het risico doet ontstaan van radioactieve besmetting van het water, de bodem of het luchtruim van een andere lidstaat.
