In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form, arising from the IRAW-CRAM Storage Facility for Radioactive Waste located adjacent to the National Radioactive Waste Repository at Mochovce in Slovakia, both in normal operation and in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination, significant from the point of view of health, of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.
Concluderend is de Commissie van mening dat de uitvoering van het plan voor
de verwijdering van radioactieve afvalstoffen, in welke vorm ook, uit de IRAW-CRAM-Opslagfaciliteit voor radioactief afval, gelegen naast de Nationale Opslagplaats voor radioactieve afvalstoffen te Mochovce in Slowakije, zowel in normale bedrijfsomstandigheden als bij een ongeval van het type en de omvang als bedoeld in de algemene gegevens, niet het risico doet ontstaan van voor de volksgezondheid significante radioactieve
besmetting van het water, de bodem of het lu ...[+++]chtruim van een andere lidstaat.
