It follows from the above that, as provided for by Article 11(2) of the basic Regulation, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of wire rod originating in China, imposed by Regulation (EC) No 703/2009 should be maintained.

In regard to point (c) above, in a hearing, exporting producers raised the issue of an adjustment under Article 2(10)(b) of the basic Regulation, to take account of the duties on importation of wire rod into India which are included in the normal value, but not on the export price from China.
