1. If there are sufficient grounds for suspecting that products manufactured under a compulsory licence granted pursuant to the Decision and/or this Regulation are being imported into the Community contrary to Article 13(1), customs authorities shall suspend the release of, or detain, the products concerned for the time necessary to obtain a decision of the competent authority on the character of the merchandise.
1. Indien er voldoende reden is om aan te nemen dat producten die vervaardigd zijn onder een dwanglicentie die is verleend krachtens het besluit en/of deze verordening, in strijd met artikel 13, lid 1, in de Gemeenschap worden ingevoerd, schorsen de douaneautoriteiten de vrijgave van de betrokken producten of houden zij deze vast totdat de bevoegde autoriteit een besluit over de aard van de goederen heeft genomen.
