(b) the timing of the payment of funds is not in tune with the way its recipients work; it should be changed so that 80 % of the funding is paid out on signature of the financial agreement and the remainder at the end of the budget year on the basis of an account submitted by the recipient;
b) Het tijdschema van de toekenning van financiële steun is niet optimaal op de werkwijze van de partijen afgestemd. Het zou moeten worden aangepast, zodat 80 % van de financiële steun direct na ondertekening van de financieringsovereenkomst wordt uitbetaald en het overige gedeelte op basis van de jaarrekening aan het einde van het begrotingsjaar wordt uitgekeerd.
