The Euratom Supply Agency is assisted by an Advisory Committee which is the link between producers, users and the Agency.

The decision repeals and replaces the statutes of the Euratom Supply Agency of 6 November 1958, in order to take into account the increase in the number of member states as well as the need to apply modern financial provisions to the agency and the need to establish its seat.
