3 - recognises the vital role of the development of new infrastructures and transport corridors , diversifying suppliers and routes such as the Nabucco, the Trans-Caspian gas pipeline (TCP), the Turkey-Greece-Italy Interconnector (TGI), the White Stream, the INOGATE (Interstate Oil and Gas Transport to Europe) and TRACECA (Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia), projects connecting the Caspian Sea and Black Sea regions through or from the South Caucasus as also referred to in the communication on the ‘Second Strategic Energy Review’;
3 - erkent dat de ontwikkeling van nieuwe infrastructuur en vervoerscorridors van wezenlijk belang is voor de diversificatie van toeleveranciers en routes, zoals de projecten voor de Nabucco pijpleiding, de trans-Kaspische gaspijpleiding (TCP), de Turkije-Griekenland-Italië interconnector (TGI), White Stream, INOGATE (Interstate Oil and Gas Transport to Europe) en TRACECA (Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia), die het gebied rond de Kaspische Zee met het gebied rond de Zwarte Zee verbinden via of vanuit de zuidelijke Kaukasus, waarnaar eveneens wordt verwezen in de mededeling met als titel "Tweede Strategische Energiebeleidsevaluatie";
