De handremhefboom die niet is aangetrokken en de versnelligshandel die zich in een positie voor voorwaartse beweging bevindt moeten , ongeacht de plaats waar zij zijn aangebracht doch met uitzondering van de in de punten 2.3.1 en 2.3.2 omschreven zones en de zones beneden het niveau van punt H der voorste zitplaatsen , een oppervlak van ten minste 6,5 cm2 hebben dat wordt gemeten op de doorsnede loodrecht op de horizontale lengterichting tot op een afstand van 6,5 mm van het meest vooruitspringende deel ; de krommingsstralen mogen niet kleiner zijn dan 3,2 mm .
