It should be noted that, far from providing the Tribunal with evidence, or at least detailed and consistent indications, of the fact that EPSO exerted any influence over the selection board, the applicant confined himself to mere speculation in his application.
Vastgesteld moet worden dat verzoeker aan het Gerecht geenszins bewijzen, of althans nauwkeurige en onderling overeenstemmende aanwijzingen, heeft verstrekt wat betreft het feit dat het EPSO enige invloed heeft uitgeoefend op de jury, maar zich in zijn verzoekschrift heeft beperkt tot louter speculaties.
