They may imply preventive measures taken by the contractor concerning proof provided by the subcontractor of the main working conditions applied to the posted workers as referred to in Article 3 (1) of Directive 96/71/EC, including pay slips and payment of wages, the respect of social security and/or taxation obligations in the Member State of establishment and compliance with the applicable rules on posting of workers.
Zij kunnen preventieve maatregelen van de contractant impliceren met betrekking tot door de subcontractant verstrekt bewijsmateriaal van de belangrijkste in artikel 3, lid 1, van Richtlijn 96/71/EG vermelde werkomstandigheden van de gedetacheerde werknemers, inclusief loonstrookjes en de betaling van loon, de naleving van de in de lidstaat van vestiging geldende verplichtingen inzake sociale zekerheid en/of belastingen en de naleving van de geldende regels inzake gedetacheerde werknemers.
