".eu" is not only easy to register, but also easy to manage in case of problems, as it operates in any of the 23 official languages of the EU. It also allows the use of special letters such as "é", "ö", "ç" or "č" as well as non-Latin scripts such as the Cyrillic "ю", "ф", "ж", "й" or the Greek "ε", "ω", "μ", "φ" (the so-called internationalised domain names or IDNs) to the left of the ".eu" web-address.
".eu" is niet alleen gemakkelijk te registreren maar is ook gemakkelijk te beheren in geval van problemen omdat het werkbaar is in elk van de 23 officiële talen van de EU. Het is ook mogelijk, links van het ".eu"-webadres, speciale lettertekens te gebruiken zoals "é", "ö", "ç" of "č", alsook niet-Latijnse schriften zoals de Cyrillische letters "ю", "ф", "ж", "й" of de Griekse "ε", "ω", "μ", "φ" (de zogenaamde geïnternationaliseerde domeinnamen of IDN's).
