177. prende atto che, poco dopo le dichiarazioni del Presidente George Bush del 6 settembre 2006 e conformemente alle medesime, è stato pubblicato un elenco dei 14 detenuti che erano stati trasferiti a Guantanamo da un centro di detenzione segreta; nota che sette dei quattordici detenuti erano stati menzionati in un servizio di ABC News che era stato pubblicato nove mesi prima, il 5 dicembre 2005, ma che era stato subito dopo ritirato dal sito web di ABC , in cui figuravano i nomi di dodici persone sospettate di essere importanti membri di Al Qaeda detenute in Polonia;
177. Acknowledges that shortly thereafter and in accordance with President George W. Bush's statements on 6 September 2006, a list of the 14 detainees who had been transferred from a secret detention facility to Guantánamo was published; notes that 7 of the 14 detainees had been referred to in a report by ABC News, which was published 9 months previously on 5 December 2005 but withdrawn shortly thereafter from ABC's webpage, listing the names of twelve top Al Qaeda suspects held in Poland;
