In primo luogo, domanda di annullamento della decisione dell’AESA, del 13 gennaio 2012, recante rigetto dell’istanza di approvazione delle condizioni di volo presentata dalla ricorrente per un elicottero del tipo Robinson R66 (numero di serie 0034), in secondo luogo, domanda volta ad accertare l’inerzia dell’AESA con riguardo al trattamento delle istanze della ricorrente in data 11 luglio 2011 e 10 gennaio 2012 relative al predetto elicottero, e, in terzo luogo, domanda volta alla condanna dell’AESA a risarcire il danno che la ricorrente sostiene di avere subito a motivo di tale decisione di rigetto e della dedotta inerzia.
