L’allegato 1A dell’accordo che istituisce l’OMC («accordo OMC»), approvato con decisione 94/800/CE del Consiglio, del 22 dicembre 1994, relativa alla conclusione a nome della Comunità europea, per le materie di sua competenza, degli accordi dei negoziati multilaterali dell’Uruguay Round (1986-1994) , comprende, tra l’altro, l’accordo generale sulle tariffe doganali e sul commercio del 1994 («il GATT 1994»), un accordo sull’agricoltura, un accordo sull’applicazione dell’articolo VI del GATT del 1994 («accordo antidumping del 1994») e un accordo sulle sovvenzioni e sulle misure compensative («accordo sulle sovvenzioni»).
