A notice of competition for the recruitment of 1,149 Greek and European citizens in the banking sector was recently published by the Central Recruitment Council (ACEP), leading to a storm of protest and complaints from organisations representing the disabled, since it stipulated that candidates were required to be healthy, able-bodied and physically capable of carrying out their duties, thereby excluding those with physical and other disabilities.
