3. Qualora la vendita abbia luogo a un prezzo corrispondente ad una fase posteriore a quella partenza magazzino/esportatore tale prezzo dev'essere stabilito a un livello tale che l'ammontare che dev'essere riscosso dal venditore, dopo detrazione del costo dell'imballaggio, delle spese di assicurazione, delle spese di trasporto e di tutte le spese supplementari non sia inferiore al prezzo minimo.
3. Where the sale takes place at the price of a later stage than that of ex warehouse/exporter, this price shall be fixed at such a level that the amount to be received by the seller, after deduction of the cost of packing, insurance and transport and of any additional costs, is not less than the minimum price.
