Dall’altro, il contratto di agente temporaneo, ai sensi dell’art. 2, lett. b) o d), di tale Regime, la cui durata non può eccedere quattro anni, può essere rinnovato solo una volta per una durata di due anni al massimo, a condizione che la possibilità di rinnovo sia stata prevista nel contratto iniziale, mentre l’agente considerato può essere mantenuto nel suo posto, alla scadenza del contratto, solo se è stato nominato funzionario.
Second, a temporary staff contract within the meaning of Article 2(b) or (d) of the Conditions of Employment, the duration of which cannot exceed four years, can be renewed only once, for a maximum period of two years, provided that the possibility of renewal has been provided for in the initial contract, and upon expiry of his contract the staff member concerned can continue to be employed only if he has been appointed as an official.
