L'UE instaurerà a tal fine uno stretto coordinamento con il Dipartimento dell'ONU per le operazioni di mantenimento della pace (UN/DPKO), l'OSCE, in particolare la Task force REACT, il Consiglio d'Europa e i punti di contatto degli Stati membri, per garantire che gli sforzi dell'UE e quelli delle suddette organizzazioni siano compatibili e si rafforzino a vicenda, per evitare duplicazioni nonché per agevolare lo scambio di informazioni sulle nuovi missioni di polizia.
To that end the EU will coordinate closely with the United Nations Department of Peace Keeping Operations (UN/DPKO), the OSCE, notably the REACT Task Force, and with the Council of Europe and Member States contact points, in order to ensure that EU efforts and those of these organisations are compatible and mutually reinforcing, to avoid duplication as well as to facilitate the exchange of information relating to new police missions.
