Per quanto riguarda l’emendamento n. 5, il gruppo ELDR ritiene che i kilowatt-giorni di pesca siano uno strumento più preciso per misurare lo sforzo di pesca tenuto conto del progresso tecnologico, e pertanto non può sostenere tale emendamento.
