Per quanto riguarda il progetto "Carretera GC-1.Hoya de la Plata - Enlace Potabilizadora"/Promotore: Dirección General de Obras Publicas, Vivienda y Aguas de Canarias (FC 96.11.65.001), le autorità nazionali (Ministerio de Hacienda) dovrebbero garantire l'ammissibilità dei progetti cofinanziati nella loro totalità, senza includere progetti che possono beneficiare solo parzialmente del sostegno del Fondo di coesione.
