Per quanto riguarda l’articolo 10, paragrafo 3, lettera b), che precisa che la giurisdizione sulla base dei principi di territorialità e di personalità attiva non deve essere soggetta al requisito secondo il quale il reato sia perseguibile solo su querela da parte della vittima nel luogo in cui è stato commesso, oppure su denuncia dello Stato sul cui territorio il reato è stato commesso, nessuno degli Stati membri ha introdotto tale obbligo.
Concerning Article 10(3)(b), specifying that jurisdiction based on the principles of territoriality and active personality shall not be subject to the requirement that prosecution can be initiated only following a report made by the victim in the place where the offence was committed, or a denunciation from the State of the place where the offence was committed, none of the Member States have introduced such a requirement.
