In data 18.6.2007 è pervenuta alla Commissione la notifica di un progetto di concentrazione in conformità all'articolo 4 del regolamento (CE) n. 139/2004 del Consiglio (1). Con tale operazione le imprese Halder-GIMV Investering 2004 B.V («Halder», Paesi Bassi), controllata da GIMV N.V., e NPM Capital N.V («NPM Capital», Paesi Bassi), controllata da SHV Holdings N.V., acquisiscono, ai sensi dell'articolo 3, paragrafo 1, lettera b), del regolamento del Consiglio, il controllo in comune dell'impresa di nuova costituzione ANP Holding B.V («ANP», Paesi Bassi), che si configura come impresa comune, mediante acquisto di quote.
On 18 June 2007, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertakings Halder-GIMV Investering 2004 B.V (‘Halder’, the Netherlands) controlled by GIMV N.V. and NPM Capital N.V (‘NPM Capital’, the Netherlands) controlled by SHV Holdings N.V. acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking ANP Holding B.V (‘ANP’, the Netherlands) by way of purchase of shares in a newly created company constituting a joint venture.
