Per un operatore nuovo arrivato, tale quantitativo massimo è determinato applicando la percentuale fissata all'assegnazione annua stabilita dall'autorità nazionale competente conformemente all'allegato del regolamento (CE) n. 440/2000 della Commissione(6) e notificata a ciascun operatore interessato.
