(48) Alcune imprese di trasformazione che utilizzano prodotti intermedi del tungsteno, soprattutto sotto forma di carburi, per fabbricare pezzi in metalli duri (soprattutto utensili da taglio in carburo cementato, pezzi di usura e utensili da perforazione) hanno fatto presente che l'instaurazione di misure protettive sarebbe contraria all'interesse della Comunità.
(48) Some manufacturing industries which use intermediate tungsten products, largely in the form of carbides, to produce hard metal components (sintered carbide cutting tools, high-wear components and drills, for the most part), argue that it would not be in the Community's interest to institute protective measures.
