Il procedimento è stato aperto in seguito a una denuncia presentata il 27 luglio 2009 dal Comitato internazionale del rayon e delle fibre sintetiche (CIRFS) («denunciante») per conto di produttori di filati di poliestere ad alta tenacità che rappresentano una percentuale considerevole, in questo caso più del 60 %, della produzione complessiva di filati di poliestere ad alta tenacità dell’Unione.

The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged on 27 July 2009 by CIRFS — European Man-made Fibres Association (the complainant) on behalf of producers of high tenacity yarn of polyesters representing a major proportion, in this case more than 60 % of the total Union production of high tenacity yarn of polyesters.
