"Such publication shall not be required from a company if, for a continuous period beginning at least one month before the day fixed for the general meeting which is to decide on the draft terms of merger, it makes available the draft terms of such merger on its own Internet site in full or by way of reference or hyperlink or, if it has no Internet site of its own, on any other Internet site.
