La Corte constata che, una volta che i titolari di pensione o di rendita e i loro familiari si siano iscritti presso l'ente competente dello Stato membro di residenza, essi beneficiano, in forza del regolamento comunitario, di un diritto alle prestazioni in natura da parte di tale cassa malattia come qualsiasi titolare residente nel territorio di tale Stato membro.
The Court holds that once a pensioner and the members of his or her family have registered with the competent institution of the Member State of residence, they benefit, by virtue of the Community regulation, from a right to benefits in kind from that sickness insurance institution just like any other pensioner living in the territory of that Member State.
