A tal fine, gli accordi e i contratti che essa conclude con le organizzazioni responsabili dell'attuazione delle azioni contengono clausole che stabiliscono l'obbligo di presentare rapporti periodici e dettagliati sullo stato di avanzamento dell'azione e la realizzazione degli obiettivi assegnati, che sono alla base, rispettivamente, del rapporto intermedio e del rapporto finale di attuazione del programma annuale di cui all'articolo 39, paragrafo 4.
