La Corte rileva che, data l'esistenza di talune divergenze tra le diverse versioni linguistiche del regolamento e della risoluzione del Consiglio di sicurezza delle Nazioni unite, che tale regolamento mira ad attuare, quest'ultimo va interpretato alla luce del suo obiettivo, che è quello di combattere il terrorismo internazionale.
The Court finds that, given that there are divergences between the various language versions of the regulation and of the resolution of the United Nations’ Security Council to which that regulation is intended to give effect, the regulation must be interpreted in the light of its purpose, which is to combat international terrorism.
