11. invita la Commissione ad affrontare le ampie disparità tra gli Stati membri nell'applicazione e nell'efficacia delle linee direttrici per l'occupazione, garantendo che gli Stati utilizzino in maniera più integrale gli indicatori e gli obiettivi della strategia europea per l'occupazione (SEO), gli strumenti e le misure definite nel Patto europeo per la gioventù, nel Patto europeo per l'uguaglianza di genere e nel piano d'azione dell'UE sulla disabilità 2006-2007; chiede che tutti questi impegni, obiettivi e parametri siano pienamente incorporati negli orientamenti integrati per migliorare la coerenza e l'efficienza della SEO;
11. Calls on the Commission to address the wide divergence among the Member States in implementation and effectiveness of the Employment Guidelines by ensuring that Member States more comprehensively apply the EES indicators and targets, lifelong learning instruments and measures set out in the European Youth Pact, the European Pact for Gender Equality and the EU Disability Action Plan 2006-2007; calls for all those commitments, targets and benchmarks to be fully incorporated in the Integrated Guidelines to improve the coherence and efficiency of the EES;
