e)laddove sia applicato lo strumento dell’ente-ponte o lo strumento della separazione delle attività, a orientare la decisione sulle attività, i diritti, le passività, le azioni o altri titoli di proprietà da cedere e la decisione sul valore di eventuali corrispettivi da pagare all’ente soggetto a risoluzione o, a seconda dei casi, ai proprietari delle azioni o di altri titoli di proprietà.
