Nel caso dei contratti di credito per i quali è pattuito un tasso debitore fisso per il periodo iniziale, al termine del quale è fissato un nuovo tasso debitore, successivamente adeguato periodicamente in base ad un indicatore convenuto o a un tasso di riferimento interno, il calcolo del TAEG si basa sull’assunto che, al termine del periodo di applicazione del tasso debitore fisso, il tasso debitore sia identico a quello vigente al momento del calcolo del TAEG, in base al valore dell’indicatore o del tasso di riferimento interno convenuto in quel momento, ma non inferiore al tasso debitore fisso.
For credit agreements for which a fixed borrowing rate is agreed in relation to the initial period, at the end of which a new borrowing rate is determined and subsequently periodically adjusted according to an agreed indicator or internal reference rate the calculation of the APRC shall be based on the assumption that, at the end of the fixed borrowing rate period, the borrowing rate is the same as at the time of calculation of the APRC, based on the value of the agreed indicator or internal reference rate at that time, but is not less than the fixed borrowing rate.
