Si rammenti innanzitutto che le cause Brosmann e Aokang non sono pertinenti per valutare la legittimità delle analisi ai fini del TEM nella presente inchiesta perché tali cause si riferiscono a situazioni in cui, contrariamente a quanto avvenuto nella presente inchiesta, non fu effettuato alcun tipo di valutazione finalizzato al TEM.
First, it is recalled that the Brosmann and Aokang cases are not pertinent for the assessment of the legality of the MET analysis in the investigation at hand since those cases, contrary to this investigation, relate to situations where the MET assessments were not conducted at all.
